In order to book your accommodation and in order to benefit from the special rates, please complete the online registration/ accommodation form. Full payment for all nights is required at time of online booking. 

 

Payment for accommodation may be made by bank transfer* or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and conference name (AAVM 2024) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation.

• Personal travel, luggage and health insurance is recommended.

• Please note that the organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.

• All services are booked on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage injury or accident, or any person or for loss of or damage to his or her luggage or any other property, or any reason whatsoever.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

• Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

• Received until April 16, 2024 (by 23:59 GMT+2): full refund less € 50 handling fee

• Received between April 16, 2024 and May 9, 2024 (by 23:59 GMT+2): 50% refund

• Received from May 10, 2024: no refund
